Sky-Tech Patch 1.5 by fabiolino and Everton1987™ - new Option File

Questa versione della patch è stata programmata con la versione della patch alla 1.30 (con aggiornamento interno alla 1.40). Per questo motivo bisognerà fare tutti i procedimenti normali, eccetto sostituire invece che l’exe della 1.30 (quello della 1.40 non esiste) quello della 1.20, affinchè il kitserver funzioni. Di conseguenza tale versione prevede il cv0f originale della 1.40 (con annessi trasferimenti invernali fatti dalla KONAMI) e FO rifatto completamente su quello della 1.40 KONAMI. This version of the patch was programmed with the version of the patch to 1.30 (updating to 1.40). For this reason we do all the normal procedures, except replace the exe instead of 1.30 (as of 1.40 does not exist) than the 1.20, so that kitserver works. Consequently this version includes the original cv0f of 1.40 (with Winter transfers made by KONAMI) and OPTION FILE completely rebuilt on the KONAMI 1.40.

Pes 2009 North American Base Option File

****THIS IS FOR THE PS3 NOT THE 360 SORRY ABOUT THAT****
Last year i released a base option file for people to use to build better option files. There were people complaining about a lack of quality option files for the American users even though the game has not even been out 24 hours yet! that being said, yesterday I edited my fingers off and will again release my BASE option file.

*things I have done*

Corrected all fake names- Cups, Leagues, Players, Teams, National Team players
Corrected duplicate players in National teams
Did the EPL kits to the best of my ability with PNG's which I will attach
Updated Emblems for La Liga and EPL
For Arsenal's home kit. Since there is not a template to get it close to this years kit. I made the sleeves on the kit like last years! So the sleeves will be all white. this wasnt a mistake its how i wanted to do it

THE LA LIGA KITS ARE FINISHED!!!!! I ATTACHED THE FILE AT THE BOTTOM.

I got the kits as close as I could. I did not do the four teams that are expected to be licensed in the update: Ath. Madrid, Sevilla, Zalladolid, and Racing Santander...the rest are done to the best of my ability!

THINGS I WILL NOT DO, DONT PLAN TO DO, DONT ASK CUZ IM NOT DOING IT lol

TRANSFERS! I know its annoying to see berbatov at Tottenham still, but I believe we will get the 1.20 patch soon enough and I am not gonna do the work of doing all those transfers if Konami is fixing it and releases the patch say next week.

CREATING TEAMS! I could care less about Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga or any other teams, I dont have the time to create a team from scratch

* other miscellaneous things people may ask me to do...set boots for every player, make sure the captains are right on every team, making sure they play the right formation, or players have the right number.

Instructions (please read!)
-Follow link to download OF
-When downloaded on your cpu, should appear as a .zip file. (compressed data file)
-Get winrar or any unzip utility from the web (google search these)if you haventgot these already
-Go into chosen utility and Unzip downloaded file
-This should now appear as a ps3 folder, within that will be many uniform folders and a option folder
-Copy the whole ps3 folder and its sub folders, to a pc formatted usb stick
-Stick usb in playstation
-Under game menu in media bar om ps3 is a save data utility
-in this folder will be all your game saves for you games
-Delete all your existing pes edit data/kit pngs . (if you wanna keep your save cups/leagues/bal etc you can)
-at the top should say usb device (or similar)
-go into that you will see all the pes files (an edit data file, and many images of kits)
-press triangle on one and copy that to your ps3 (your main user profile on your ps3)
-repeat this for all the files
-These will now appear as they did on your usb, but now on your ps3 with all your other save games
-MAKE SURE YOU DEFINITELY COPIED OVER THE EDIT DATA AND DELETED YOUR ORIGINAL ONE OTHERWISE THE OF WONT WORK
-Load pes
-pes will create new user system data (unless you also kept your old system data which you can)
-Edit data will load automatically.....viola


If you do have any comments, find any mistakes from the changes I DID MAKE...let me know if there are mistakes or alot of them ill fix and release an update. I dont plan on doing an update for this file however.

[PS2] & [PSP] JoeH's PES 2009 Option File V4.1 - Now with Bin/Cue!

This is my Version 4.1

This is a base on Smoki's great V2.5 Option File.

New in this file is:

-Added Reading, Sheffield United, Preston North End and Al-Ahly.
-Replacing many Eredivise teams.
-All transfers complete for all leagues as far as I'm aware.
-More special hairstyles.
-New Kits.
-More created and missing players.
-Some squad numbers fixed.
-More ML realism with more players demanding higher transfer fees and salaries.
-Some International teams updated with new players etc.

And more...

The things I have edited as a continuation of Smoki's OF are:

-More special hairstyles than any other PS2 option file. Such as Robinho longer on top than around the sides, Pienaar/R. Gardner dreadlocks and much, much more.

-Great stats update so you can enjoy the here and now, as well as the master league experience.

-Revised PL names, so they are shorter. (e.g. Cesc Fabregas is now Fabregas etc.)

-Revised many commentary call names.

-Revised team names to make them shorter. Don't see the point in lengthy team names, so now (e.g.) Glasgow Celtic is now Celtic etc.

-Completely revised the boots so they go with my old OF.

-Shop fully unlocked, including on PSP version.

-Fully updated all 20 PL teams complete with new players, full physique/face/accessories updates as well as stats revamp for realism. Still a work in progress though.

-More high quality emblems. Replaced Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Tottenham, Newcastle, Aston Villa and more.

-Revised stadium, league and cup names.

-Re-assigned loads of stadiums for teams for realism. This is for all leagues.

Russian Invasion OF with Ultimate Gameplay for PES2009 v.09.01.10

This OF will BE REGULAR (about time in 2 matchdays) UPDATED!

Main difference of this OF from all others: skills of ALL players is fully reedited(no any Fm-convert's and other nonsense - all was done exceptionally in MANUAL method). This process is done in accordance with that took place in last 2 seasons. + Changes are constantly done, depending on that takes place now in the real football.

In comparison, for example, with pesstatsdatabase.com, this is engaged only by ONE person in all, that as a result by LEVELS increases quality of final product, since:

1) All players in teams and all teams in leagues are normalised among themselves.
2) There are no the players created by any passers-by.

If something undertakes from any other sources, before it gets in OF, it passes careful author's processing. (Not to break current balance of forces).

Second difference of this OF from all others, not most main, but most noticeable(visible): gameplay is close to the simulation(due to the global change of player's skills).

...It enabled to obtain a maximum of likeness of PES2009 on a real football (both in part of gameplay and in part of likeness of differences are in style of play and force of teams and players with their real prototypes) in a "PvP mode", or "against CPU(also with controled only one player)", or "CPUvCPU(spectator mode)".

This OF, establishing absolutely new quality standards in the field of OFmaking(possibility to establish the given standards has appeared only thanking to "PRO-EVO Editor" from "goldorakiller"), sets as the purpose:

1) To make the game as much as possible realistic.
2) As much as possible to staticize game(skills of players vary practically after each match, depending on their performances; also the players injured now in a life are considered have CONDITION=1 and INJURY=C; are considered the current form, long disqualification, etc.)

....And to become for this things the international standard for competitions both in online, and in clubs/offline.

This patch does not pursue populist things, like weighty graphic additions. It has more powerful argument to win popularity - It's a quality of game process(i.e. OF). Probably that in a future this patch will be weightier(with Chants, Stadiums, etc.), but meanwhile and such variant more than is sufficient.

New UltraPlayable Option File for PES2009 (for GA Community Patch v. 2.6) by ZhekoN (EGOeast)

Let me introduce you an option file for a GA Community Patch, which on my opinion is very interesting,.
Following option is developed for 10-15 minutes match-time. It combines both realism and playability. I recommend trying it at least to determine which gameplay do you prefer: default or more playable and realistic.

This is a release version, and only slight corrections are possible in future, in case bugs will be discovered.

Features included:
- body tackling now looks more realistic;
- tackling plastics are more realistic (leg is exposed, but run-over bug is not 100% corrected);
- ball is not tied to the leg (it concerns real ball behavior while sprinting, vectors while turning, and certain accidents in hits, pass height; plus because of that ball is not flying low, but normally jumps on the field);
- easier to hit through the GK, if he skips the corner;
- increased number of falls(without 11-meters penalty) (I tried to reduce auto tackles);
- defenders behave adequate to their positions, they not always run to the middle filed, provoking a counter-attack;
- pass speed and accuracy are lower;
- hit strength is lower due to lower agility in order to help GK;
- manipulations with some skills give an opportunity for a good pass-maker to give a nice pass-through, which was not allowed in a top-level before;
- considerably lowered the bug with a ricochet from GK;
- the diversity of goals and game moments is now wider, which is very important. Goals, dangerous situations in the penalty area, ricochets, etc are now more different;
- GK jumps are more realistic; bug with GK running out in the field is minimized.

Changes since last version:

• Transfers up to date 21.02.2009.
• About 135 missing players were added(last transfers and missing players of EPL and SerieA).
• Formations and starting line-ups in EPL, League1, Bundesliga, SerieA and LFP are corrected.
• 5 new national teams(Georgia, Iceland, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro).
• ID of some players are corrected. Now with ALL players of 6 Top Leagues it is possible to carry on negotiations in ML.
• Ratings.xls file was updated(ratings now correspond to that present in OF at 2009/02/23).
• 231 players were improved according to latest matches: list of updated players(from v.09.02.13)
• And also:
• New kits for all Italian and Spanish clubs.
