The Option File For Stock PC PES 2021, DP4 by mahanddeem is a save folder for those who now use the stock unmodded game (since DP4 broke almost all patches).
Use this save for the default game, the edit that comes with it has the last liveupdate saved in it.
Just back up your save folder, then paste the contents of this folder into yours. No need to worry about your system or graphic files, I already removed mine from the folder.
Don’t use liveupdate.

Complete J1 League (2020 season)

No Bundesliga added
No National teams edited
In short, a bare bone option file, just to get us by till we get big patches later.
